Bookings Conditions of Our London Guide
Prices: Prices are based on known costs at April 2010.
Reservations: are required to secure a personal guided tour. Please book a guide as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
What the Price Includes:This is specifically stated on each tour description page and applies unless otherwise agreed with your tour booking. Prices do not (unless stated) include gratuities to the guide, these are at your discretion.
Children: Children under sixteen must be accompanied by at least one adult (other than the guide) on our tours.
Amendments: Due to the flexible nature of our tours amendments can be made by you at any time concerning where the tour goes and what is visited, even whilst on route. Please be aware that it may not be possible to visit certain places and attractions at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control. We’ll do our level best to show you something equally fascinating and carry on smiling regardless.
Cancellations: A full refund will be offered if the tour is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the tour start time. Any cancellations under 48 hours prior to the tour start time will result in a refund of 50% of any fees paid to Our London Guide.
Personal Insurance: Is not included, please ensure you provide you own travel insurance cover.
Accident or Loss: We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost. We do not own or manage the transport and restaurants used on our tours and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.
Payment: Will be agreed upon when booking the tour, a payment on the day of the tour can sometimes be arranged.
General Conditions: All matters concerning your booking shall be subject to English Law. If you have comments, suggestions or issues regarding your tour and our service we would love to hear from you. Please contact feedback@ourlondonguide.com.
