Please read on for answers to the more common queries we usually encounter.

Will I see the changing of the guard?

We would love to say a simple yes but it really depends on when you visit. During the summer months (May-September) the guard change ceremony takes place every day but other times of the year it may take place every second day or not at all. Mention this in your enquiry if you want to make sure you see this spectacular and historic ceremony and we'll do our best.

What’s the weather like in London?

The best term is ‘changeable’! It’s obviously warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter but it’s best to check with us before you set off.

What shall I wear?

We don’t yet offer nudist tours of London so please wear something! Enough to make sure you are warm and most important is the comfortable shoes, we can cover a lot of ground on our tours and no one likes blisters!

Where do your tours start and finish?

On the set sightseeing tours, anywhere on the tour route, we can suggest the most convient place depending where you are staying or traveling from.
On a personalised tour we can meet you at your hotel or even at the airport, somewhere that’s convenient to you.
The tour can end right near your accommodation if you so wish but we do like to finish the tours right outside a good pub!

How do I cancel my tour?

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel. A policy applies as per our terms and conditions.
